Smooth Start to the Day

Breakfast : Day 02
Banana, Mango and Passionfruit Smoothie
(Serves 2 people) 

Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Mango
2 Passionfruits
1 cup of milk (normal, soy, almond, cashew, etc)
1/2 cup of Kefir or normal yoghurt
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed

Method
Throw everything into a blender and mix well! Taa daa!
To make it extra cold you chop up all the banana and mango and put it in the freezer the night before. YUM!

    I'm def going to try out some recipes...I just got diagnosed a few months back with an arthritis called ankylosing spondylitis which is both good and bad...good cause it finally answers alot of questions but bad because the treatment is pretty full on scary stuff of biologic injections...after alot of thinking i've decided to try and attack some of the inflammation nutritionally and see what I can do!kale and turmeric are my best friends right now haha the recipes you posted look actually tasty though not just healthy :)

  2. @Fleur Hi Fleur! Thanks so much! :) So far so good, I'm loving it and feel like its 100% the right direction for me.

    I'm really sorry to hear about your arthritis - another person with an autoimmune issue! It seems to becoming more and more prevalent!

    I think you're on the right track with eating foods that are anti-inflammatory. (How good is tumeric and kale?! Love!) It can only do things and support the injections.
